Jove’s share price has jumped by 293% since our investment in 2021.
"Jove is at the forefront of changing the landscape of how insurance is being quoted and purchased globally."
Founded in August 2020, Jove provides borderless work related insurances to SMEs and their contractors. This includes business liability, workers compensation, sickness cover to portable equipment, hired in plant and goods in transit insurances.
It provides API-driven real time enrolment and risk analytics, an AI-driven insurance validation module, marketplaces and work related digital platforms that enable businesses to embed fit for purpose insurances directly into their candidate onboarding process and throughout project cycles.
Crucially, Jove simplifies the process of managing contractor insurance and certifications, automating compliance checks and speeding up onboarding. This is down to its cutting-edge systems, which include an AI-powered insurance validation model and seamless integration with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Bullhorn. Its borderless insurance coverage overcomes the bottlenecks associated with traditional insurance processes, and makes global onboarding much more straightforward.
Following a £3.6m investment into Jove in November, Lizhen Cai, the company's founder and chief executive, said: "This investment will enable us to further develop our AI-powered insurance validation platform and empower contractors and recruitment companies to achieve seamless insurance compliance, and to cover their global suppliers and contractors instantly.
