The Foresight Williams Technology EIS fund invests in early-stage, unquoted, innovative companies, that are developing ‘disruptive’ technology. The investment scope also encompasses later-stage, technology-driven companies with limited commercial sales to date. The portfolio size is 10 companies and qualifying companies operate in the UK, have a strong and ambitious management team, a market opportunity greater than £75m and a robust commercialisation plan. The minimum subscription is £10,000, and investment amounts are between £0.25-£2m, alongside co-investors as appropriate.

Foresight Williams'' technology funds represent a collaboration between Foresight Group and Williams Advanced Engineering (WAE). Foresight Group is a listed infrastructure and private equity investment manager with approximately £8.1 billion of assets under management. Initially an early-stage technology investor, Foresight has since diversified its activities into infrastructure with a specialist focus on sustainable energy projects including solar, wind, biomass, battery storage and flexible generation.
WAE spent four decades in the ultra-competitive environment of Formula One, and today provides world class technical innovation, engineering, testing, manufacturing and operational consultancy services.
