About Jenson EIS Fund

The Jenson EIS Fund''s primary aim is to support follow-on opportunities that arise from its SEIS portfolio. It focuses on tech-enabled businesses across all sectors, and aims to deploy each tranche within the current tax year, to enable ''carry-back'' to the previous tax year. The minimum subscription is £10,000, and it builds investors portfolios of 5-10 companies.

Founded in 2012, Jenson Funding Partners has invested over £24 million in 135+ companies. It launched its first SEIS fund in 2012, making this one of the longest-running SEIS funds. To date it has 11 SEIS exits. Its EIS fund was created to offer follow-on opportunities for its SEIS fund companies.
