The QVentures Pre-Seed SEIS Fund

The QVentures Pre-Seed Venture Fund aims to build a portfolio of early-stage technology companies that are SEIS eligible. The team focuses on backing domain experts that are addressing growing opportunities in large addressable markets and who have a clear path to profitability or exit. The main criteria the team keeps in mind when conducting due diligence is laid out below: - Next-generation technology companies addressing the problems of tomorrow. - Most likel working on Marketplaces, Consumer Tech, or Enterprise SaaS - High-quality management teams with articulate, innovative, and passionate founders. - Opportunities in large and growing addressable markets. - Clear path to profitability or exit. - Valuations £500k to £4m. - Sourced from its bespoke network of co-investors. Once the fund has invested in a business the QVentures team work closely with the companies founders to plan out key milestones in launching their products, building early user traction and working towards follow on rounds. ### Summary
